By using coachinglife.com.au, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Content

Articles on Coaching Life are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We make no warranties about accuracy or completeness.

3. Directory listings

Directory listings are paid services. Coaches and businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing content. Coaching Life reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or are misleading.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, design, and branding are owned by Performance Studios Australia (ABN 63 189 244 221) unless otherwise noted. Article authors retain rights to their work.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Directory listings on Coaching Life are sold as either monthly or annual subscriptions. The following terms apply.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your listing subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing editor@coachinglife.com.au.

• If you cancel a monthly subscription, your listing will remain active until the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.
• If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund, provided your listing has not generated substantial enquiries or leads. After the 14-day period, your listing will remain active until the end of the paid annual term, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your stored payment method. We will email you a reminder before each annual renewal. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time in your account dashboard — this must be done at least 48 hours before your renewal date to prevent the next charge.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose.

If there is a major failure with our service, you are entitled to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, we will work with you to resolve the problem within a reasonable time — for example, by fixing the issue or providing a partial refund or credit.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email editor@coachinglife.com.au with your account details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Coaching Life is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
