Shane Flanagan
NRL Head Coach; Cronulla Sharks
Shane Flanagan is one of the most successful coaches in NRL history, best known for guiding the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks to their first-ever premiership title in 2016, defeating the Melbourne Storm in a memorable grand final. He joined the Sharks as assistant coach in 2006 and became head coach in 2010, building a culture of resilience and competitive toughness that became known as "the Cronulla Way." A former first-grade player with the St. George Dragons, Flanagan went on to become a coach, commentator, and one of the defining figures of the modern NRL era.
