Jayson Brewer is Rugby Australia's National Coach Development Manager, responsible for leading and delivering the National Performance Coach program and supporting coaches from grassroots to elite levels across Australia. With over 20 years of experience spanning education, sports science, and high-performance programs, Brewer also served as an assistant coach with the Fijian national team, during which time Fiji won two Pacific Nations Cup titles and rose to seventh in the World Rugby rankings. He works closely with Super Rugby clubs and state unions to embed a culture of genuine engagement and coach development.
